Light-heartedness
The day this photo was taken was rainy and gloomy. However, a friend and I braved the cold and went for a walk in the countryside. She was as motivated as ever and I had the idea of taking some photos of her to capture the moment of serenity. She 'danced' around the field as if it wasn't cold, wet and just bad weather. It was as if all the worries, fears and problems were just trifles to her and the world was just a wonderful place with no problems or wars.
So with this picture I want to capture the state of light-heartedness, which is characterised by ease and carefreeness, and give everyone a little peace and contentment. In this state we can enjoy life to the full and live in the here and now. It is important to let go from time to time and indulge in the simplest pleasures of life.
